Abstract(summary):
Calculations of the electric field effect on the escape rate of charge carriers from dipole traps were carried out by the Monte Carlo method. The results obtained are in good agreement with the experimental data on the temperature and field dependence of the charge carrier mobility in disordered organic matrices. We suggest some possible experimental tests for the verification of the dipole trap model.
